| As the dedicated organization of PDA Corporation Ltd. in container handling trade, Dalian Port Container Co. Ltd was established in 2002 by 5 famous enterprises of China, e.g PDA Corporation, COSCO Pacific Ltd., Shanghai Port Container Co. Ltd., PENAVICO Dalian and Baogong Logistics Co. Ltd. Ever since her establishment, DPC has been granted the right by PDA to control all container handling related businesses within the range of Dalian Port. As an enterprise preparing to be listed in public stock market, DPC shares equity in all the container terminals of Dalian Port, including Dalain Container Terminal (DCT), Dalian Dagang China Shipping Container Terminal (DDCT) and Dalian Port Container Terminal (DCTM), as well as in the shipping agent company, the United International Shipping Agency Co. (UNISA). Through holding dominant shares of equities in all the container terminals in Dalian, DPC is able to exert full control over the container handling business of the whole port. |

In 2004, DPC reverted two multipurpose terminals of Dayao Bay into container terminals, and formed her first solely controlled subsidiary company for container handling business, which embodied the willing to promote herself to be a real container terminal operator. |

Totally 10 container berths are operated in Dalian Port presently, and DPC is engaging in investment on new container terminals for her future progress. By the year of 2010, totally 22 container berths would be in operation in Dayao Bay Port and the total annual handling capacity of Dalian Port would reach 8 million TEU.
Up to now, 67 foreign trade routes are operated in the terminals of Dalian Port, 57 of which are international lines, and more than 300 vessels times call the terminals per month. The terminals under DPC keep on occupying 95% of the regional market share in foreign trade container volume.
DPC is also engaging in promoting the logistics environment and information distribution level in Dalian Port for the operation efficiency of container business. Through stipulating operation procedures and cooperating with port governing organizations, DPC is willing to establish a highly efficient port environment for all shipping companies and cargo owners. Through modifying the Public Port Information system, DPC is willing to establish a safe and effective information collection and distribution platform for all users.
